Experience includes: destination resorts, golf resorts, spa resorts, health resorts, downtown luxury hotels, brand hotels, luxury lifestyle resorts and other styles of hotels and resorts.
• Directly involved with resort acquisitions, takeovers, current ownership plans and actions, due diligence with purchase of hotels.
• Lead teams with flag introductions, developed operational audits and secret shopper programs.
• Leadership experience in various roles as an Executive Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Area Director, Resort General Manager, multiple property General Manager, experience with standards within 4-Diamond, 4-Star ranking, Relais & Chateau experience.
• Strong skill set with brand standards, hotel flag changes, brand performance improvement plans, acquisitions, new builds.
• Experience with re-positioning marketing and comp set improvements with ADR, OCC and RevPAR.
• Strong capital improvement plans, performance improvement plans, SWOT analysis, SMART Goals action steps and other focused improvement support.
• Re-development of the entire hotel product experience with re-invented restaurant concepts, Spa introductions, other resort amenities.
• Strong background with staff recruitment and retention plans & actions.
