- Leadership experience in various roles as an Executive Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Area Director, Resort General Manager, multiple property General Manager, experience with standards within 4-Diamond, 4-Star ranking, Relais & Chateau experience
- Strong skill set with brand standards, hotel flag changes, brand performance improvement plans, acquisitions, new builds
- Experience with re-positioning marketing and comp set improvements with ADR, OCC and RevPAR
- Strong capital improvement plans, performance improvement plans, SWOT analysis, SMART Goals action steps and other focused improvement support
- Re-development of the entire hotel product experience with re-invented restaurant concepts, Spa introductions, other resort amenities
- Strong background with staff recruitment and retention plans & actions
